    Pros

The work environment of CCC is very friendly

    Cons

    Salary range is very low

    Advice to Management

They should take care of the welfare of employees to ensure increased productivity, no one seems bother about the increments/promotion needs to be provided as per the performance of the employee, all experienced employees are leaving CCC due to this & CCC keeps loosing the experienced/qualified employees & keeps recruiting the freshers which definitely has a big impact on the quality of work !

    Pros

Mega projects, International Structure, previously good benefits/salary

    Cons

Remote areas, does not provide work/life balance, good employees success is subjective to management, performance evaluation is theoretical and not taken in consideration with implementation

    Advice to Management

It is imperative to sincerly consider peoples' needs and complaints, you cannot apply management only from management books and theories, you have to be transparent when doing change initiatives and it is essential that people are informed of the change in advance and with reasonable details not later after implementation while giving insufficient information, also, you need to let go old school management style that supports loyalty to persons and to implement an appraisal system that assess people added value and output and actual performance
