Cons
Health care plan is not that great. The deductible is very high and the plan doesn't cover anything until the deductible is met. Raises do not come very often and often times you have to ask for them.

Profit Sharing is a dynamic mechanism that enables CED to reward every eligible employee for their performance, regardless of tenure. The medical plan is technically considered a high deductible plan, but comparatively within the industry, the plan deductibles are low and co-insurance benefits are paid upon reaching that deductible. This allows us to keep monthly premiums reasonable and competitive for all employees regardless of their ongoing healthcare needs.
