    Pros

All of the sales reps and management are really nice and down to earth guys. The company's profit sharing is promising and makes sure certain salaries do not overshadow others.

    Cons

You have to work some of the harder positions in order to learn the materials first. Progression in the company is slow and depends on availability. Starting pay is not competitive. It is a warehouse, so it is a lot of heavy lifting and hot conditions.

    Pros

With the right management, upward movement is possible. You are going to have to make the effort to show that you're interested in upward movement though.

    Cons

If elements of your customer base start going downhill (Residential Electricians when houses aren't being built for example), layoffs when the economy tanks can come pretty quick.
