-Lack of stakeholder empowerment -The opportunity for advancement is next to zero -Management is a bunch of "yes men", who will not stand up for you, and they will dump so much work on you that you can be on your feet for 16 hours some days (depending on the training cycle). -They sometimes flex your schedule with almost no notice, creating issues with outside obligations with kids and college classes. -You have to teach the DOE-approved lesson plans, which are from the 1980s and are more or less obsolete.
