    I enjoyed every department that I worked in

    Gone with no notice. I mean the whole company.

    Advice to Management

    Build a strong customer retention and customer service department on the back end to increase owner satisfaction

    Were in the Vacation Ownership business & you have to quit to get a vacation.

    Get rid of Goldman $achs.

    Pros

    The paycheck was consistent. Other then that the pro's to working here are few and far between. There may be a chance for advancement.

    Cons

    Long hours. The time share industry is cut throat and IT needs to be up 24/7, if not you get chewed out for it
