I have been working at Constant Contact full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The people at Constant Contact are the ones who make it special. Unique environment that is casual and innovative. Culture focused on growth and small business success. Morale is high in our site because we support each other and take pride in providing a quality customer experience. Our leadership is approachable, dependable and act as advocates for us.

    Cons

While revenue is important, make sure it does not replace the primary focus on small business success. Employees want to know that customers are the most important piece of the equation.

    Advice to Management

Keep your focus on career development and bringing unique opportunities to our site.

I worked at Constant Contact full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

cool, down to earth and smart fellow employees; nothing petty going on like in some other companies I have been at; I worked at CTCT as the acquisition by Endurance International was happening and then left, so I can't really comment on executive management but all the directors etc were fantastic

    Cons

I felt the product was lagging behind competitors

    Advice to Management

try to keep to hold onto the family environment that grew under GGoodman

I have been working at Constant Contact full-time

    Pros

Constant Contact and is an ambitious company, and it is positioned to grow and face the challenges of an uncertain economy. They develop, support, and continually improve their products, serve their customers well, hire good people, pay and treat their employees well, and encourage everyone they employ to have a good time while performing at a high level.

    Cons

The company and its initiatives change exceptionally quickly. This is not necessarily a "con", but do be prepared for constant change and an endless learning curve if you are going to work for this company.

    Advice to Management

Continue to develop and support outstanding email marketing products, while specifically focusing on leveraging social media and place-of-business integrations to make it easier than ever for the end user to become a marketer.

I have been working at Constant Contact full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You can tell that the company wants to keep their employees happy and excited about their work. There is never a day I do not want to come in. There are events aimed at improving the product, and lots of parties and celebrations. It's amazing how inspiring everyone is there. You can see that everyone wants to make their clients' lives better. They all understand the sacrifices they've made to start their own businesses. It's my first official job, so I really appreciate how supportive they are of their employees. It makes the transition easier.

    Cons

The only con I can think of is the location, off of 128. But I'd gladly make the hike there any day for them.

    Advice to Management

You all are inspiring us to become better. Whatever you are doing, keep it up. The employees are happy and the work is thriving.

I have been working at Constant Contact full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Culture, people, opportunities, talent. The best in the business with these things. We work hard and play harder. Management listens and makes changes when possible. Feels good going to work and making a difference in the lives of small businesses.

    Cons

Occasionally, it feels like we are expected to do too much in our daily routine with how we interact with customers. But they treat us like Kings and Queens at the same time so how could I complain?

    Advice to Management

Remember, we love you too so never take that for granted.
