I worked at Constantin Entertainment full-time

    Pros

Chance to grow very rapidly within the company because of the temp. Contracts. A good chance to start your career. Has a big variation of formats form Fiction to Factual

    Cons

Poor salaries and very very many over hours... Unpaid.

    Advice to Management

Take more care of your employers...

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Constantin Entertainment (More than a year)

    Pros

Colleagues and maybe the fact that you get to travel every now and then

    Cons

Bad Salary (probably one of the lowest in entire Munich), Working hours, work atmosphere (no one seems to be proud of working at constantin entertainment and no one seems to enjoy producing the formats they do, except maybe Shopping Queen), CEOs because they do not have any contact to employees and they could not care less about their horrible working conditions. This only creates an atmosphere were people only look on their own interest. Theres no company culture.

    Advice to Management

get out of your bubble and show more appreciation and respect by paying your employees more money.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Constantin Entertainment as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Company insists on decent manners, good behavior and good relations between employees, which is nice. You can learn something, especially about TV formats. It is like TV factory, fast and cheap product, not necessarily quality product.

    Cons

Because of bad management of company we worked for more than a month on scripts which were NOT legally authorized from another company. We had less time for making longer shows - as we knew how colleagues in Germany, Poland, Greece and Croatia had been working the same show.

    Advice to Management

    stimulate hard working professional people
do not behave as colonial power, be honest as the culture you come from likes to represent itself

I worked at Constantin Entertainment as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

firm that offers an interesting, creative work with a lot of dynamics and opportunities to learn something new.

    Cons

Sometimes the employer makes a mistake and hire a bad worker. It is a mistake superiors. the bad link affects the productivity of the entire team, and thus creates a large amount of stress and frustration. Finally, the supervisor responds, and punishes the innocent, hardworking person. so conceal his mistake.
