I have been working at Constellation Brands full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Company is great. Managers and Directors have an open-door policy. It is not an 8 to 5 but the compensation and benefits make up for this. If you want a dynamic place to work, learn and showcase your talent, consider CBI.

    Cons

None that I can see at the moment.

    Advice to Management

Continue to maintain the CBI family culture. For this reason, many of us feel that we are not a number but a valuable asset to the organization. Keep it up!

I worked at Constellation Brands (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Terrific industry, highly engaged employees, strong business performance

    Cons

Constellation can't decide whether they are a family business or a modern professionally managed business.

I worked at Constellation Brands as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great work atmosphere, people take their work seriously but everyone is very friendly and willing to help. Several events were organized for the interns to get to know each other and the company more.

    Cons

Perhaps a more in depth exit interview would be helpful.

I worked at Constellation Brands as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Remote access, understanding supervisors and a wonderful environment.

    Cons

I had to drive 90 miles a day to get there, but it was worth it. They tried to keep me, but it wasn't in the budget.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing, you guys were great!

    Pros

Best experience I have ever had. Learned so much and was given REAL responsibilities.

    Cons

I did not have any cons working at this job. It surpassed every expectation I had coming in as an intern.

I worked at Constellation Brands (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great experiences with the morning breakfasts with the higher ups in the company. The team included me in basically every project and exposed me to a large variety of tasks.

    Cons

There really weren't any cons, great location, awesome amenities and nice coworkers

    Advice to Management

Get a larger room for the interns, we were squished in one small room which made ur hard to focus at times

I have been working at Constellation Brands as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great culture, Friendly coworkers, very lean company and focused on doing a lot with a little. required me to be very prompt and on top of my job.

    Cons

None that I can think of. My boss was great in trying to develop me. It would be better if they had a formal internship program but they were recently going through a change within the company so there was no set program.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

I have been working at Constellation Brands as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very collaborative environment where people care about your future. Excellent company which is easy to see because people are happy at work and there is a very low turn over rate of employees.

    Cons

They do not offer MBA interns full time offers at the conclusion of their internships. They only have "at time" hiring which makes it difficult to plan for the future.
