Still dependent on good people, great place to make an impact as opposed to being a Cog in a process wheel. Very visionary and always trying new things, not afraid to be a bit different. They do treat people well, good benefits and compensation. Very capable management team. The industry is the best in the world. Great assets and properties to visit. Icons in the industry associated with the Company. Very... good supporters of continuing professional development.

Reliance on autonomous divisional support sometimes creates clunky processes and politics that can cause inefficiencies and frustrations. Once Constellation decides to divest, the people management can suffer a bit and people may find the transition unpleasant (not that any of those transitions are ever nice). The quarterly pressure of a public company puts undue pressure on a business with a long-term product... cycle like wine.

Advice to Management
Stop spending so much, stop cycling talent in and out of top positions, improve employee morale, invest in your talent, and present a clear roadmap for employees to know where the company will be 5 years from now, let alone 1 year. Require mandatory 1 on 1 meetings with managers weekly/bi-weekly (no opportunities for feedback otherwise). Very cliquey environment and very dog eat dog atmosphere that needs to be... changed.

Discounts on products, decent pay, good benefits, pretty much impossible to get fired.
Cons
No interdepartmental collaboration, lack of communication, upper management has no idea what happens day to day and often force poor decisions through. Many upper management are unqualified and promoted beyond their skill level, processes and structure are constantly changing so there is no consistency, management puts up so many roadblocks to actually getting any work done, mandated systems are not user friendly... and often frustrating for outside vendors. The company is so busy with acquisitions and new product development that they don't focus on the brands they have. Management ignores concerns and complaints.

Make a plan and stick to it. Stop rearranging upper management and promote new people. Get more experienced upper management who can give proper direction. Get rid of distractions and focus on the important brands. Stop playing follow the leader and actually be innovative.

Need to be more flexible with workday schedules and allowing remote work situations for all as needed

Need to hire some older professionals who can bring expertise and honed skills to the company; far too many millennial who don’t have the professionalism or experience to bring the company to the next level; add some diversity to the workforce, including the Board and leadership - it’s an old white man’s club.

Micro-manager environment, poor communications throughout the organization, very little support, management not engaged, little to no room in departments for growth, overworked, no family/life balance

Respect your employees, communicate to your employees, support your employees, work with your employees, take responsibility when you make a mistake, stop blaming others, be clear and concise in your communications, stop telling others how much you hate your job, build the morale of others versus breaking them down, be respectful, stop embarrassing people in front of an audience

Cons
depends on where in the company you work.... lack of work life balaseen in many areas, some newer management (younger management) do not care about employees and are only on fast path up

stop protecting management - HR and add some older more employee experienced management who understand how to manage and treat employees
