I have been working at Constellation NewEnergy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

one of the largest company in the industry; ability to move within the company, capable employees.

    Cons

does not get rid of bad managers, poor upper level mgmt, old generation, increasingly competitive market. Silo-ed divisions create inability to cross-sell products

    Advice to Management

develop a plan with employee input for the future of the company and the products.... mgmt is currently trying stale strategies to compete in the retail markets and it's not working.
