    Great company - environment is conducive to learning and personal growth. Interns are given relevant projects and have the opportunity to make a positive contribution to the company.

    No major issues that another F100 company wouldn't experience

    Pros

    Very good and smart people and company wide emphasis on innovation and diversity. A lot of learning and tons of opportunities to grow. Also, very stable job.

    Cons

    The workplace could be loud at times since there are no closed offices. But, you can put noise cancellation headphones on to nullify it.
