Pros
Doesn’t require long hours, Good pay for the job type. Causal attire. Easy work life balance.
Cons
Monotonous and not very rewarding. When hired on as a contractor there’s no guarantee for a full time position. Once you know how to do the job the point of an office setting doesn’t seem necessary.
Advice to Management
Management is awesome. It’s just hard to make a boring job interesting.

Good pay and good benefits.
Cons
Much of leadership hasn't stayed connected to lower levels of personnel and has unrealistic expectations. Leadership doesn't lead by good example, morale has gotten poor for the majority of employees.
