    Pros

The front desk receptionist was the nicest person I've ever met

    Cons

Recruiter and loud male salesperson where the worst ever. They are racist, lie and treat employees terrible. I filed a complaint with their corporate office.

    Advice to Management

Fire everyone in Chantilly and start fresh.

    Pros

The work is good, the people who come to be contractors are nice, and so glad to have work. i was learning so much.

    Cons

I was stunned by the negative attitude of people who were supposed to be in charge; profanity, name calling, sarcasm and laughter about people sometimes right in front of them. They treated women in the office horribly, and brought everyone down. When the manager was in, they were quiet. The minute he left it started up again. Horrible environment, hostile workplace. No awareness of work/life balance. culture and values are nonexistent. Awful place to work.

    Advice to Management

You have to stop the white male abuse of females and anyone they deem to be less important than they are. Inform new employees about how they know whether or not they have leave. Stop telling employees they are "management" and thus not entitled to FLSA. That law has changed effective Dec 1, 2016.
