Pros
Constant work with very little down time allows for the daily operations to go by quickly creating a challenging work environment Flexible working atmosphere as to how to capture revenue
Cons
Field employees that we staffed on a temp basis were not reliable and trustworthy. Operations needs to delegate more at corp level and not have branch perform all duties(payroll collections) taking time away from sales process

Thoughtful and courteous recruiter. Thorough instructions with accurate location of job sites.

Recruiter was always available when needed, hours and pay is accurate and on time. Location of job site was accurate and easy to find. Hiring process was convenient and efficient. Overtime is usually available. Considerate when personal time is needed.
Cons
Length of job was short and there isn't any jobs to continue to. Recruiter has reached out and has stayed in contact, there just isn't anything available as this present time. Work is also mostly commercial work, I prefer Industrial.

Great people in the field, but upper mgmt has a very 1985 management style that can be very cumbersome.
Sep 11, 2012 - General Manager in Lenexa, KSRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good training, financially stable, strong support. Has decent community between peers in the field. Does have a very nice incentive trip every year, that is very achievable by both Field Reps and General Managers.
Cons
Comp plan is extremely lop-sided and in no way rewards GM's. Depending in the Region you are in, heavy micro-management can be a real problem for you. Company could do a MUCH better job in their reporting requirements/system. Their reporting system for their sales reps can take ALOT of time away from actual selling and the focus gets shifted to paperwork.

The work is good, the people who come to be contractors are nice, and so glad to have work. i was learning so much.
Cons
I was stunned by the negative attitude of people who were supposed to be in charge; profanity, name calling, sarcasm and laughter about people sometimes right in front of them. They treated women in the office horribly, and brought everyone down. When the manager was in, they were quiet. The minute he left it started up again. Horrible environment, hostile workplace. No awareness of work/life balance. culture and values are nonexistent. Awful place to work.

STAY AWAY THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR WORK LOAD!!!!!!!!
Oct 4, 2017 - Journeyman Electrician in Baltimore, MDRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
They do get you jobs but they dont Last long.
Cons
The jobs they got me would only last 2 weeks then rest of the month off. They would call me offering jobs that lasted 2 days or less. I would get called at like 1pm and they would ask if I can make it to a 2 day job at 3 that was an hour away. When I told them I need more notice and can’t drop everything they would get upset. When I got hired I was guaranteed 40+ hours and that didn’t happen. The company you work for the employees look at you as some second rate worker. Not worth being there. And the ONLY reason I’m giving 1 star is because a negative star isn’t available.

Great company, senior management takes a collaborative approach when making changes. Great benefits and salary.
Cons
Low turnover so upward growth can be limited. Company recently sold to private equity firm so changes will be forthcoming.
