My immediate manager was useless. It was all about him and are numbers. We worked are butts off. Remember the country was just coming out of the great recession and car dealerships were once again selling but it took a lot of effort to bring them on board.

Awesome benefits. Great perks such as free concert tickets. Supervisors are awesome and friendly.

Horrible upper management. Poor communication between upper management and employees. Schedule and pay are as not the best. Lots of pointless busy work required through out the day. But just mainly the total lack of friendliness and communication from upper management makes for a weird work environment. No real room for advancement and pay increases other then small yearly raises.
