    Pros

    I worked at Contact Solutions as a contractor and it was one of the best companies
    1. Flexible work hours
    2. Managers trust their employees
    3. People are very friendly and always ready to help
    4. No office politics
    5. Allow working remotely and completely managers trust employees who telecommute
    6. Good pay

    Cons

    I have Nothing to complain.

    I don't have any advice to management since I completely worked remotely

    Pros

    Good people who care about doing the right thing. Great benefits and liberal flextime policy that makes people more productive. New products have considerable potential in the market.

    Cons

    Company operates like a much larger corporation- misses opportunities because it is less nimble that it should be for its size. This may prevent new products from reaching their full potential.

    Advice to Management

    Skeptics don't inspire. Seize the opportunity to leverage some of the vision embodied in the new products and create a mission that employees will believe in.

    I have been working at Contact Solutions as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Working form remote location (DONT LET THAT FOOL YOU)
    - Please let me know if you can find some Pros

    Cons

    - No proper communication between team members and higher management
    - Treat employes with respect
    - Share your concern with the employer directly rather than firing him/her without giving any reason
    - I would never recommened this company to anyone.
    - If your full time employes are dumb, close the company and run away rather than hiring someone with lot of dreams to achieve to do a task and fire them.
    - Give Access and other information from the company before questioning a person's work.
    - No wonder this company doesnt get any major clients.
    - I will definitely not recommened this company to anyone who is reading this review.

    Advice to Management

    - If you dont correct the cons, the company is going down in a few years.
    - Treat employee with respect, no matter if he is full tim or Contractor.
    - Talk to employee directly rather than sending indirect messages.

    good work life balance, not to "big company" so you can be empowered and get things done, talented and committed coworkers.

    Cons

    Sales strategy was lacking but is now headed in the right direction.

    Continue to empower managers and individual contributors.

    I have been working at Contact Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    social team. solid software product, flexible work arrangements, excellent benefits. Good company for the tech teams.

    Cons

    turnover on sales team, several lawsuits for unpaid commissions. 2 founders have left the company in May 2011 within weeks, bonus and commission payments are never on time and not correct. Would not recommend joining the company.

    Advice to Management

    Follow the advice of the consultants the board hired.
