Health insurance costs are low, paid holiday shut down
Cons
Low pay, laughable bonus program, no real leadership from upper management just fly by the seat of your pants mentality. No loyalty for length of service. Very long hours in the spring and summer with no PTO allowed, box truck drivers working over the allowed DOT hours and often overweight as a mandatory.
