I worked at Continental Airlines part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

ability to move around in company and try what is best for you, but it takes time. Years, everything is based on seniority.

    Cons

micromanagement on call centers, customers complain constantly about everything from late flights to seat selection. you must be very customer oriented.

    Advice to Management

back up your agents. It is hard to go by rules when management rewards customers who complain. It is not our frequent flyers who are always complaining.
