    Pros

It is pretty easy to move around within jobs once you decide you would like to move to another position within the company management encourages you to do so and does what they can to help you transfer to another area for job growth.

    Cons

The pay for this important job seemed to be low for the amount of responsible that is placed on you.

    Advice to Management

Value your people and notice how much they are contributing to the overall company goals and reward them accordingly.

I worked at Continental Airlines (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I worked for Continental Airlines in Columbus, Ohio and Cleveland, Ohio. There was a family like comraderie at Continental. I miss my coworkers very much, and being able to help the passengers.

    Cons

There wasn't a supervisor who would be available at all hours for the staff who needed to remain until all the passengers arrived/departed.

    Advice to Management

It is important for the employees to have common goals to rally around. It is also important that the people on the "front line" are receiving bonuses not only the management. Keeping morale up.
