I worked at Continental Industries as an intern

    Pros

-Great opportunity to gain valuable and comprehensive experience
    -Excellent pay for an intern
-Thorough and informative company orientation & training program provided for interns
-Clearly defined project goals and deadlines

    Cons

    - You may receive ALOT of work and projects that may seem overwhelming at first but with proper time management and asking questions when needed you will reap the benefits and skills gained such as effective communication, working under pressure, and completing tasks on time.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Continental Industries full-time

    Pros

Some nice people. Most departments actively care and work on creating a positive work environment.

    Cons

Suffers from a under-developed engineering department lacking a manager with any real managerial experience.

    Advice to Management

Seek out an engineering manager who is willing to learn more about the products being developed, in an effort to acquire the ability to train his employees. An engineering manager should be interested in developing an engineering department with a low turn over rate, in an effort to increase the value of both the engineers he is managing, as well as the products being engineered.

    Cons

    Work not competitive
Management bias and needs to change their overall attitude towards employes growth
    Roles and responsibilities not defined

    Advice to Management

Define roles and responsibilities clearly this enables one to grow in the correct direction and no surprises are observed.
Consider employees growth equally important as yours to succeed in the business.
