I have been working at Continental Property full-time for more than a year
I have received training at the expense of the employer which rarely happens today. They do encourage your training and are behind getting the best people for the job.
Insurance benefits are limited due to past employees with terminal illnesses which make it impossible to have company provided insurance. They do pay a portion if you can afford the difference out of pocket. I happen to be single, so therefore I have no medical insurance. Salary is not enough for regular life expenses, living expenses, and medical insurance.
Advice to Management
Even being in smaller towns the salary is low and could be much better. Competitive salary for experience should be better.Continental Property2013-09-26
