    Good salaries, Good benefits, great people in the North American HQ, ability to transfer between divisions/groups, well defined individual appraisal system,

    Cons

    Some issues with the German managers when they do a stint in the United States. Basically just a culture thing. The company is a little impersonal when dealing with you on an individual basis.

    Advice to Management

    Better orientation for European mgmt transfers

    Some executives are pretty shady... Not exactly good people

    Pros

    Great opportunity for newly graduates. Supervisors were friendly and extremely willing to help you whenever there are opportunities to help you grow and expand in your field. Great work environment, very 'lax.

    Cons

    Slow, lots of down time. Not much challenges

    Pros

    Steady work. Only work 15 days a month.

    Cons

    Way to much favoritism. Not much chance to move up.

    Advice to Management

    Give inside employees a chance to move up instead of hiring outsiders who don't know what they are doing and always quit shortly afterwards.
