    Pros

Multiple Divisions / Business Units under one umberella. Competitive pay & benefits. Monetary recognition for a job well done and appreciation for hard work with favorable results. Multi cultural work environment presents alternative solutions to issues.

    Cons

Pay for performance. If you are not an achiever, you need to look else where.

    Advice to Management

Continue to keep employees informed and aprised of all critical situations. The all hands meeting scenerio is a great way to get messages out to the employees. E-mail communication also works great, but the personal one-on-one is much better.

I have been working at Continental full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It offers a safe and clean work environment on the new side. I don't know about the old side.

    Cons

There seems to be a lack of communication between boss and employee. Not bad, but it could be better

    Advice to Management

There could be a better new hire training of position, not just going over benifits and safety, ect.
