    Pros

    At continuserve, we have no over work pressure, and also time to time help from HR. Best part was bonus at the year end.

    Seniors are so helpful and anyone can take help from anyone.

    Cons

    Nothing new to learn. Good for freshers or who want to settle his/her life.
    No new project, you have to follow the same technology.

    Rest all is good.

    Advice to Management

    Provide some HR training to employee.

    Pros

    Work environment is good in App Development Team.
    Good annual appraisal.
    HR people are very helpful.
    Good job security.
    Flexible working hours.

    Cons

    You won't be provided any training.
    Not much learning as they are not ready to explore the tool in use.
    You have to work in pre defined way, innovation is not appreciated rather you would be seen as arrogant.
    No definite work process.
    Outdated technologies.

    Advice to Management

    Please provide professional technical training.

    Pros

    Friendly working environment and good support from managers. VP friendly and one can have free access to meet him. Flexible working available.

    Cons

    Micro management has set in and cost cutting too. Labour turnover has been pretty high over last 1 year onwords.

    Advice to Management

    Try to ease the purse strings a little and avoid getting into too much of minute details. Keep employees happy.

    Pros

    Good to start as fresher. Enjoyed lot while working in few projects apart from one project.. Feels like working with friends . Good pay-scale when you compare your profile with other companies.

    Cons

    No abroad opportunities. IT support and maintenance are poor. I would not like to name one project. Apart from from that all projects are good. No growth if you stay for too long.

    Pros

    timing is good,salary is average, and about appraisal they have so many criteria, management will be very sweet with you. if you come 100 days on time to office and one day if you will come 10 or 15 minutes late because of any reason or traffic, they will put on your appraisal. Appraisal is their source to spoil employee image, APPRAISAL IS THE WEAPON FOR MANAGEMENT

    Partiality between boys and girls, They are giving so much of importance to girls than boys in everything regarding shift, cab facility,timing and work.They believe in boys and girls not as equal employee.This is the co. where if you will work for 5 or 10 years but you will not get proper experience in market. you will feel like a fresher..

    About work , till the time you will enter in office to you logout time, you will stick to your chair , they do not give enough time for lunch and breakfast also they just focus on their work , they do not ever think about employee health ,their lunch time,, they are giving so much of work. i guaranteed you will get your eye glasses within one year.

    Advice to Management

    DO NOT TRUST TO MANAGEMENT, FULL OF POLITICS BETWEEN TL AND MANAGERS,MANAGERS ONLY believe to their Teal Lead,
    Management are not commited person. today they will tell something else to employee and tomorrow they will change.

    FOR NEW JOINING MY ADVICE- if you want to create skills and believe in learning new things . i advice you to not to join. instead join any organization where there is a work value in market, join any well known co. even if salary is less.

    Flexibility in timings.
    Good Pay.
    Good VP.
    Used to be good for freshers, but not anymore

    Cons

    No proper management.
    Lot of micro-management.
    Predominantly supportive to only chosen few managers.
    Lack of proper process management.
    Weak HR Team.
    Don't create unnecessary expectations.
    Company needs to get a structure in place. Need to define roles and responsibilities.

    Advice to Management

    Please have a proper structure.
    Do not micromanage.
    Management should not be partial.
    Think big to grow big

    Pros

    This company is very good for fresher, but it lags in basic knowledge. Many team member are helpful, but knowledge sharing is NILL.

    Cons

    Knowledge sharing within team need to improve a lot. Learning new technology has to be started.

    Advice to Management

    Please look into salary hikes, and better team knowledge sharing.
