I have been working at Continuum full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Continuum is the first place I have worked for where I feel like the company and my manager really care for me as a person and an employee. We have a lot of vacation time which helps me balance my work and life. I feel like the people I work with want us all to succeed and offer solid advice. The company does fun things like free lunch on Thursday and free donuts/bagels on Fridays and Kennywood in the summer. The...

    Advice to Management

I wish we had more than a quarterly company meeting, but the information you provide is solid and seems to be very honest.

I have been working at Continuum full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Employee Incentives. Great pay. They have a great coaching flow.

    Cons

Your schedule, supervisor a team change routinely. Theres not very much consistency. You will get different answers from each supervisor, or above, for almost every question you could ask. When promoted to a higher position you may very well get demoted after few weeks, or months, because of high turn over rates.

I have been working at Continuum full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

-Laid back culture -Casual dress code -Friendly CEO -Fun company outings / events -Weekly social gatherings in the office -Beautiful office -Very good learning experience for recent college grads -Very good health care benefits -Cranberry office is great - it is like another world compared to the Boston office. Team is friendly and very professional

    Cons

Unfortunately, there are a lot of issues at this company - especially in the way they treat employees and the type of behavior they allow. -Recent college graduates are running the company (at least in the Boston office). Immature behavior including social media use during work hours (recording day-to-day work activities on snap chat - showcased on public social media accounts for anyone and everyone to view), inappropriate...

    Advice to Management

-ENFORCE a strong social media policy. Showcasing day-to-day activities / employee social functions can potentially come across the wrong way to clients / partners -Continuum is now a security company - allowing the office and our employees to be shown on public social media accounts can come across as highly insecure employee behavior which should not be happening at a security company. There is a lot of interaction...

I worked at Continuum full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

I am of the opinions, based on my experience and my experience only, that: -One gains a broad exposure to a variety of softwares and systems -There is the opportunity to work from home 50% (or more, depending on the leniency of your supervisor) -Pizza (or sometimes chicken), is provided weekly. -A few people that are genuinely great to work with -Pay isn't horrible -You can play Mario Kart when you're on break...

    Cons

I am of the opinions, based on my experience and my experience only, that: -The helpdesk side has scheduled breaks, very many of which do not coincide with the delivery of pizza. The sales side, in my opinion, can go on break whenever they want. This causes all the most desirable pizza flavors to be exhausted before a majority of the helpdesk technicians are able to acquire their lunch. -The software that the helpdesk...
