Lack of communication. Not much training. Some supervisors seam to pair certain staff along with reporting staff to assignments.

Pros
Worse company to work for. Very unfair pay is terrible. They don’t treat their workers with respect. Recently started giving awards out instead they should be raising their little pay they give them.

Cannot move up family owned they have friends they hire out of no where and promote them
