    Ability to present independent ideas and proposals, Innovation and Creativity. Excellence in Execution. Freedom to present proposals and ideas. Ability to execute without significant internal obstacles.

    Cons

    Revenues not as high as desired for the organization. The inability to achieve more lucrative contracts. Limited ability to capitalize on opportunities. Significant narrow vision of potential of the organization.

    Take advantage of the talent that you have and pursue new opportunities that significantly challenge both labor, professionals and management.
