I worked at ConvaTec full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good products. Pockets of good people.

    Cons

Some senior management and direct reports think they know everything, which is sad. Inputs from employees are non-existent. Not a surprise at all even to insiders when the company is going through hard times.

I worked at ConvaTec full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It was a job for which I got paid.

    Cons

Every other single aspect of the job was a con. Management no longer looks at their employees as people, and their customers are viewed in the same way. I would not want my family members or anyone that I love in their product.

I have been working at ConvaTec full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good products but issues with manufacturing.

    Cons

Horrible management with poor management skills. Constant change being thrust on sales team in hopes of turning things around. Maybe look internally and at manufacturing. Customers have lost faith In the company and products. The sales team is miserable. There’s very little money to be made with a work load expectation that is unrealistic.

    Advice to Management

Be less critical and more supportive. LISTEN to your customers and the field.
