    flexibility flexibility easy work like the work pay is okay hours can be very flexible you can work sometimes alone

    There is a lot of favortism employees are screwing this company every chance they get charging over for hours they are not working our team lead takes all the hours example if a cosmetic set is allotted 20 hours we finish in five we only get five and team lead takes 15 fair is fair the hours need to be split among everyone the corporate...

    Great company to work for. Steady work. Pays on time. Everyone that I have worked for is very nice. Love working for them.

    It's a job. There were 2 nice people in the 15 I met.

    Cons

    My schedule changed without discussion several times and then I had to deal with passive aggressive reaction of the manager to my not being able to do jobs. (I work for another merchandiser and can't coordinate my time). I also was treated rudely by a team lead and memebers of the clique. Ridiculous behavior for people doing a job making what waiters make. Several smokers would...

    the only pro is alot of project work if your supervisor likes you.

    Cons

    This was the worst job I have ever worked for. The area managers and their supervisor lie and lie just to get what they want. They worked me 60 hour weeks without over time pay or any recognition. As I was loaded they asked for more from me such as traveling the next day three hours away while getting my assignments done on time. They promised me a raise and I never received one. I also have had completed jobs just disappear...

    Advice to Management

    Quit lying and be more professional. Communicating better and employee recognition needs work. Hire a supervisor that can do their job right by the handbook and not on their own terms.

    I worked at Convergence Marketing part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Flexible, Average pay, friendly management; they are now going to reimburse employees for printing cost.

    Cons

    We were paid 4 days late, not fun when you rely on that paycheck; According to a team lead it’s not the first time nor will it be the last time. Low mileage reimbursement.

    Always pay your employees on time and be fair when it comes to reimbursing of printing and mileage costs.

    Pros

    Good hard work for great lines and vendors. I love building relationships with vendors!

    Cons

    Complete lack of organization. Stores scheduled 2-4 hours apart rather than completing one town or city at time and wasting 2-3 hours of the merchandisers drive time only to not ever see reimbursement for those expenses. My 1st day I worked 16.5 hours and it took 6 weeks to get a paycheck. Then the check wasn't even for half of the hours I worked. I'm a mother of 4 kids and I have to feed my family.     Hire skilled leaders who coordinate working teams of merchandisers in specific sections of the state rather than doing one store 95 miles from the nearest merchandiser one day and then 150 miles in the opposite direction the next. I've been called to go to one store 45 minutes from my home on night at 9:30pm only to arrive the next morning to find that the schedule was changed an hour later to a store 2 hours north and...
