    The folks are cool and it is a easy job to learn

    Your pay is based on your performance. So it would 9 10 or 11 dollars

    T mobile discount, Close to the Train station for now

    Bad Pay, Support staff is treated badly

    Learn how to communicate better. Many things slip through the cracks because people don't know how to talk to each other.

    Pay, Elizabeth Mullen the incompetent manager (Project Entergy)

    Pros

    Good place to start if you've never done this type of work,located near public transportation via train station

    Cons

    Advancement is minimal,the pay is at best one notch up from fast food and you always know that you can be replaced

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of the deadweight,pay employees that want to work more so you can keep quality staffing. Offer better opportunities to rise up the ladder

    Cescroe grading system designed by company president is a ripe off. No room to grow, there are no salary increase

    Get rid of Cescore and up the pay rate per hour to 15.00

    Really the only pro is that you have a job.

    Cons

    Low Morale in work place...Treated like robots instead of human beings. Micromanaged at unmanageable levels.

    Pros

    I loved my job. I got enormous satisfaction resolving my customers concerns and issues.

    Cons

    The ability to terminate an employee with no prior infractions, rendering the employee homeless.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to see the potential and greatness in all of your team members. Not just your favourites.
