    Pros

    Steady work . Adequate pay. Central location . Fairly easy job . There really aren't anymore pros it's a job

    Cons

    Workplace bullying , favoritism , toxic workplace, toxic co workers , no chance of advancement if your not friends with supervisors

    Advice to Management

    Do your job and stop favoriting people based on personal relationships . Stop wasting time and money hiring anyone who happens to walk in off the streets . Hire people based on experience and credentials.

    They had great training and different account s for you to work on i worked for at&t and it was great great pay and the place was amazing they let you build your job experience

    Cons

    convergys is a company always looking to hired new people so they will fire you with no problem and also the team leads are lazy and the om mangers and also the dress code inst that great

    Advice to Management

    u need to work with your employees more and not give u on them so quickly

    I worked at Convergys full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I was worked as an AppleCare Advisor, I liked how the schedule completely organized, even your daily work schedule included breaks and you had time to meetings with managers or other programs that you may be involved in. I thought that was wonderful. They do a lot to encourage and reward their employees, they fed us, during employee appreciation week we had the option to receive a free 10 minute massage. I thought that was wonderful since we sit/stand in front of a computer for 8 hours.

    Cons

    The only down side for me because I have a family is the flexible schedule for a set period of time. You bid on your schedule and depending on your performance determines if you get your desired schedule or not. It's kind of unfortunate if you just started and you are just learning what to do on the phone.

    Advice to Management

    I feel like management does pretty well to continue positive coaching strategies for new advisors, at least in the applecare department.

    Pros

    Good stats gets you the schedule you want. Possibility of overtime.

    Cons

    Shift bids, micro-managing, If you don't like your manager you probably won't stay.

    Advice to Management

    Leads are the most important to retaining agents

    Worked with the best Client in the ORL office.

    Cons

    Nepotism - it is now what you know, how hard you work for internal and external customers!

    Advice to Management

    Shareholders advice, know and view your OPS managers in action. Hold Upper Management accountable for their decision making.

    Pros

    None they stopped caring about the people who work for them

    Cons

    Director do what they want and done provide good guidance.
    Managers are inexperienced becasue uppe management just hires off the buddy system.
    All they care about is how much money they can make, they get rid of good managers and employees when they start making too much.

    Advice to Management

    Become and American complany and treat your American employees half as good as you do your overseas people and you'll be a better complany.

    Great management, supportive co-workers, flexible schedules.

    Cons

    Working both weekend days, training could be better. Increase pay. On the phone all day.

    More on the production floor training would have helped A LOT.

    Pros

    Great training for some accounts
    Great bonuses and motivation
    Corporate leadership, at least ones I am in contact, with seem to care.
    Great for no experience
    Best coworkers I have ever worked with. Most are in similar place in life I am in.

    Cons

    Some metrics are unreasonable
    Too many places to log in. For the account I was in, I clocked in to 2 places, checked my schedule in a different website, training in different website, work on 3 different websites, worked on 3 different software. All of them requiring different versions of user name and password. Easy to make a mistake hard to fix.
