    Pros

    they make sure that everyone are equally treated. Knows how to recognize and rewards people with potential. Most of the accounts that we have are stable. The compensation package is very good.

    Cons

    I cant think of anything to say. The company has always been good to me ever since I started. Most of my bosses are very supportive and reliable.

    Depends on the account you get. My account allows me to have weekends off.

    Management, if they do not favor you even if you do well, you will not get far.

    Pros

    The office facilities in Convergys Eastwood is really high end. They have canteens or pantries offer good foods, basically Filipino foods. There are some floors have their own canteen. In each floor, it is occupied by each different accounts. The classroom where we used to have English communication training and Product Orientation training is comfortable and good facility which can occupy by 20 people. During the classroom training, you are trained hard in mock calls. Because they are preparing you for the on hands training, which would be held in production floor, where you would handle different types of situational calls. They are strict in rules. For example, you must wear you ID, don't be late during trainees, or don't play the elavator. There is also strict security of the area. Each employee can occupy her own locker, in short 1:1.

    Cons

    Regarding the strict rules during the trainees, some of the employees couldn't make it. LIke, the EOP (English Only Policies). If you are inside the training room, hearing you talking in different dialect or Filipino, that is a deduction to your score. The score is included to your evaluation process during that period. Or, if you are kinda late, even you have valid excuses, that is also deducted to your score. So, it is like passing through the eye of the needle during the training period.

    Pros

    Salary is good until the every friday pay day is a thing.

    Cons

    Metrics do conflict on what they teach during training. During training, they emphasize "customer service" "respect" and etc. But during the actual calls. They will ask you to as much as possible transfer the call to another department to save your aht. And many things alike. They simply did not stand up to the values they are commited to

    Pros

    The people at the company are very warm and considerate. I learned a lot right from the training until I ended my job from them as an Assistance Queue (AQ).

    Cons

    Could be better if the salary is a bit higher than expected.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to groom the best people in the industry. Make sure to be fair and base it on the character and accomplishment. Sometimes being a friend does not mean that it will be a bridge towards career enhancement. Sometimes we have to choose the best people to be the company at its best.
