    Unreasonable metrics and unclear coaching on how to achieve them
    Management doesn't care for the first level employees shown with last minute changes affecting the overall account negatively

    Decent pay, benefits, fun training, nice break room

    Cons

    No communication, lack of empathy toward employees, rigid on schedule and missing time (for any reason), favoritism

    Take better care of your employees to avoid high turnover rates

    Pros

    Work from home, senior agents, trainers and managers also work remote.

    Cons

    Low base pay
    Required to attempt sale on every call
    Bonus lost if quota is not met
    Qualification for trainers based on sales quota stats, not product knowledge or customer service experience.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on customer service and get better qualified and professional trainers.

    I worked at Convergys full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    the pay is amazing and the work ready isn't that hard

    Cons

    the hours are awful once you get out of training no one helps you. they will not work with you on your schedule at all. you never have off time. they will work you 9 days in a row and your basically on your own after the 7 weeks of training and while in training you really don't learn what you will need of the floor
