    Pros

    Work from home means no uniforms are long commutes to work, Paid training, PTO paid time off if it is granted

    Cons

    Only Canadians are promoted to leader positions, Americans are very rarely and almost never promoted. I was laid off twice.

    Pros

    Employment.
    A paycheck to live.
    Basic benefits package.
    Willingness to employ all different types of people in life to be able to provide employment to all different types of people.

    Cons

    Less than stellar support
    Inconsistent rules.
    They will change policy just to get rid of people.
    Lack of competitive wage.
    Limited insurance coverage.
    Poor communication to employees.
    Lack of cares.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees. Instead of giving them an opportunity to speak out, and then targeting them to remove them. Try to genuinely listen and improve employee satisfaction will greatly increase the well-being of the company and its employees.

    Pros

    Relatively clean office, friendly management, occasional celebrations at the office to try and boost employee morale, plenty of parking space

    Cons

    Management bends backwards for customers, to the point where they go against policy we are held to and make it much more difficult for us to do our jobs effectively when repeat callers call in.

    Pros

    They hiring process is simple and the job is easy to get. There are a lot of opportunities to make good money.

    Cons

    The job description is misleading. They do not inform you that you have to do sales. The push sales instead of the customer service portion of the job.

    Customer service and job dedicate must be held at higher slandered.
