    Pros

    Convergys is a large, multinational company, with opportunities in many fields. Company has good benefits and healthcare package.

    Cons

    Because the management culture in the Information Technology organization was not always team-oriented and/or employee-friendly, employee motivation and morale suffered. The business applications systems lacked integration and needed updating.

    Benefits are amazing Pay can be lucrative depending on project

    Cons

    Good ol boy system with favorites. I was required to do a Job i was not trained in when a teammate left the company but without the pay. When I asked for a raise/ help with my job, my 2 years at the job my job then became temporary and I was asked to step down.

    Advice to Management

    Take advice within coaching be just as open to bettering yourself as you expect of employees

    Pros

    Work at home, competitive pay for the position, benefits available, paid or double time on holidays. Some team leads really care and show it.

    Cons

    Layoffs frequently, not guaranteed another project if one ends, and even if you will be moved to another project they wait until last minute to offer it to you. Never felt like I had job security, even though would always meet or exceed required metrics. Some team leads could care less about you as a person and show it. Luck of the draw on who you get.

    It was a clean place. Never felt unwelcome. Interview process went well. Great training. Management was good and recognized when you were doing well.

    Cons

    Cafeteria could use a little upgrade. Felt like a school cafeteria.

    Pros

    Convergys is a great place to work. They provide superior support and feedback to help you learn your job and to succeed.

    Cons

    The biggest con is the pay is low and the benefits are lacking in some aspect. While you do have paid time off that you start incurring from day one, you have to know really far in advance to use.

    Pros

    Relatively easy job, easy guidelines for work behavior and ethic, training is pretty extensive

    Cons

    Everything you do is timed, almost impossibly so, training focuses on a lot of paperwork and company policy that has nothing to do with on the floor service or commission, management is a mess with a lot of turn over

    Advice to Management

    Maybe try some new tactics for training and on the floor training

    Good atmosphere to work in, Hour lunch, good equipment and facilities.

    Scheduling was awful. repetitiveness was very drowning,

    The company is good for part timers..
    Package is little less..

    Cons

    Timings are good for parttimers... however the salary is less and the work is more
