    For those who have never worked customer service or at any call center it gives you a great experience. There are also many benefits from working at Convergys, overall great atmosphere!

    Cons

    It's loud, from the moment you arrive, until the moment you leave.

    Pros

    Opportunity for Advancement is by far one of the best things! If you show up on time and work hard, good things can happen.

    Cons

    Every location seems to operate a little differently! From locations in Florida to NC, seems continents apart. Corporate in Cinn is a whole different deal.

    Advice to Management

    Share how things are run across different locations so the same vision and culture stays throughout!

    Pros

    I have enjoyed working at Convergys. The overall company has many good people working for them. I have enjoyed working there due to Management Style and Team Members. Overall they were fair and honest. They have great benefits for you and your family.

    Cons

    Convergys provided 60 day notice to advised they were shutting down their brick and mortar centers in 3 locations in Utah. I believe they could have done more to keep projects moving forward in these locations. Keeping competition healthy in the community. Instead they gave up in the 3 locations. Sad as many good people were forced to move to other companies when they enjoyed working for Convergys.

    Advice to Management

    Keeping competitve in the market. Asking the employees (aka as Inside Customer Service) of what Convergys could have done different to keep qualified good employees still working inside their own communities.
    Stop focusing with moving outside the United States and opening Call Center there and paying lower wages.

    The people I worked with were super nice and fun. My supervisor was the greatest and I really appreciated all of his feedback.

    Cons

    They kept taking away our extra curricular activities so it got boring at times, but we always earned them back.

    Classroom Training program does not cover the massive amount of information you need to know . But the floor support is awesome for the most part

    Fantastic staff and management, incredible, in depth training, continual feedback, along pay, superb benefits. Flexible hours.

    Cons

    I never found any downsides while working there. Best job I've ever had by far.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up what you're doing. The training is top notch, you work with all your employees, making sure they always recieve the best care and training
