    I have been working at Convergys full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Paid Training (excellent), with their training you will pass the states Ins exam. And they pay for all of the cost to get you licensed in 23 States.

    Cons

    Strict, one deviation from their policy and you are out the door

    Advice to Management

    Your policies are selectively enforced. Some people get canned and some do not for doing the same infraction.

    Pros

    They hiring process is simple and the job is easy to get. There are a lot of opportunities to make good money.

    Cons

    The job description is misleading. They do not inform you that you have to do sales. The push sales instead of the customer service portion of the job.

    Advice to Management

    Customer service and job dedicate must be held at higher slandered.

    I worked at Convergys full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    There was plenty of room on the call center floor. The training was easy. They were positive in the interview process and it was easy to apply.

    Cons

    Scheduling was a disaster. Your schedule would change when you were off. For example I would leave wed night with the day off but they would change it after I would leave I'd get the attendance occurances. Your manager would not keep open communication with you. They would Change policies and not inform you in writing or verbally until you got written up.

    Pros

    None other than you have the ability to work from home but I am sure that's a real struggle with the lack of support!

    Cons

    The Company has a lot of issues, Recruiters are the worst, you get a ton of automated emails for completing steps you've already completed, then the interview is what is your availability, uninterested recruiters!

    Advice to Management

    You need better recruiters!

    I have been working at Convergys full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The people are great, work environment too, they provide cabs for pick and drop, all in all it is fine. Incentives are good.

    Cons

    Long shifts, employees are treated okay, working hours are bit off but that is due to the American Time Zones, Salaries are very low.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your employees, if they are happy, your clients and our customers will be automatically be happy.
