    I have been working at Convergys full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Very relaxed, pay is average, decent schedule, paid training and co workers are generally friendly. They have a point system for tardies/absences.

    Cons

    Pay could be better, computers and software constantly crashing or showing you were late/absent when you weren't and managers take months to get to it fixed.

    Advice to Management

    Upgrade equipment

    Pros

    Convergys was a good place to work. They took care of me greatly. There was help when i need it and they send you a computer and phone to use when getting started.

    Cons

    None really, it's like with all jobs you have the good and bad.

    easy to get hired in. I worked from home.

    inconsistent ingormatiin between recruiters and new hires. commission range isn't disclosed until end of training.

    full disclosure so it won't feel like a bait and switch.

    They hiring process is simple and the job is easy to get. There are a lot of opportunities to make good money.

    Cons

    The job description is misleading. They do not inform you that you have to do sales. The push sales instead of the customer service portion of the job.

    Advice to Management

    Customer service and job dedicate must be held at higher slandered.
