    Pros

    You can dress as you are no dress code. Everyone is friendly! Snacks are cheap in cafeteria. Always fun days,prizes, and activities. A real chill environment.

    Cons

    Hr inconsistent, always something wrong with systems and timecards. Pay attention to your hours. Bonuses are not what they seem!

    Advice to Management

    Be honest as far as job duties, and more efficient with timecards!

    Best Transport Facilities..
    Good incentives schemes
    Open door policy

    Cons

    Very less promotions
    Should promote employees and should increase incentives as well.

    Employee engagement should be emphasized

    Pros

    If you don't want to take your job seriously or be taking serious at work then this is the job for you.

    Cons

    Miss-information (lies) is not how a company should be run.

    Advice to Management

    Fix recruiting Miss-informing about the job is a bad way to start out in a company. Fix training systems do not just leave the system with no useful information.

    Pros

    The people I worked with were super nice and fun. My supervisor was the greatest and I really appreciated all of his feedback.

    Cons

    They kept taking away our extra curricular activities so it got boring at times, but we always earned them back.

    Everything..I love my job...most days

    Classroom Training program does not cover the massive amount of information you need to know . But the floor support is awesome for the most part

    The first 15 years were great.,and then. .

    Cons

    No loyalty to their older employees. If you are over 50 with 18 or more years of service you are probably looking to be fired within the next couple of years.

    Advice to Management

    Keep your Convergys experience.

    I worked at Convergys part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Most coworkers are very friendly and so were most supervisors. Pay was a little low for all you were supposed to know.

    Cons

    They work on a point system and almost all calls are graded. Not enough training with all the things we were to know.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure your employees are trained better with trainers that are knowledgeable with the subjects they are teaching.
