Pros
Convergys offers information technology professionals challenging projects that expose them to new technologies and applications. The fast paced work environment provides no other than a 'sink or swim' opportunity to gain the requisite knowledge quickly in order to apply it. Professionals that are adept at quickly assimilating new concepts and technologies thrive in this environment.
Cons
Convergys lacks consistency in their application of career planning among its divisions and within its divisions. For those looking to 'grow' within the company, it is difficult to get your bearings and when you think you have them you often need to regroup as the rules have changed. If you aren't the type that likes to boastfully beat your chest you may find Convergys lacking in employee recognition as they is little to none for those quiet professionals.

Pros
They never left you behind. My first account got transferred to a different site and they transferred me to another account within the same site. The work environment is so good that you won't feel bored working with them.
Cons
The HMO doesn't covers the same benefits for the parents or the dependents itself. My father is my HMO Dependent and had an operation however the HMO provider doesn't cover it as they believe that it's a pre-existing illness. The HMO also for the dependent is not free.
