    Pros

CEO is approachable, friendly and caring. Patients were great.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Never experienced one season of lay-offs. They were adamant about not laying off employees; instead, the hospital chose to not give bonuses- pretty good job security. Small "home-town" hospital.

    Cons

Management can make or break the morale of a department. Nurse salaries are not comparable to that of other hospitals in the region.

I have been working at Conway Regional Health System full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I love the people! Everyone from the housekeepers to the CEO are, for the most part, genuinely nice and pleasant to be around.

I love only having to work three days a week. It's a great job for students. I was able to attend school full time and work here full time.

Scheduling is flexible, at least in my department since we have to stay open 24/7.

    Cons

The nature of the secretary job can be rough, especially if you can't take a constant barrage of annoying sounds. A phone is always ringing, a call light is always dinging, a doorbell is always going off, and a nurse is always asking for something and, as dumb as it sounds, it can really get overwhelming sometimes. You MUST be good at multitasking and time management.

On a more nit-picky note, the pay is low compared to other hospitals. Also, the food is pretty bad and there are barely any healthy options. It's generally deep fried and smothered in cheese.

    Advice to Management

The new CEO is doing a great job so far, but there is still plenty of room for improvement. Keep it up!

Great co workers. And I think that's about it for me unless you count my commute to work

    Cons

Managmemt. Cattiness. Insurance. The hgoogleospital thinks more of themselves than others do.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staff. Keep your staff happy. Appreciate your staff

    Pros

Employees around the department have no remorse or accountability for the things that they do during all the 3 shifts

    Cons

Most things and management are horrible everybody is a brown moser and don't pay attention to anything that is happening

    Advice to Management

    Needs to learn leadership

I worked at Conway Regional Health System full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nothing positive to say about this as employer. Just that it's a hospital.

    Cons

They don't communicate with their employees about new positions available, if resume is sent they don't respond back to say if they want to proceed with an interview or if they decided to pursue other candidates... They will ignore you. And your resume and all your efforts to apply for a position in this company.

    Advice to Management

Human Resources need better and emphatic people.
