    Negative Outlook

    Pros

    Excellent infrastructure.

    Well maintained.

    Nice place to work.

    Good for family ladies

Good for persons (both genders), who prefer spending more time with personal life.

    Cons

Few employees will get all benefits, others will be treated nothing.

No innovation from past few years, one should blame higher management (as they haven't planned for future).

    No scope for learning new.

    Advice to Management

I am not the right person. Decide based on above.

    Pros

Big and well funded company with excellent research, excellent marketing and sales.

    Cons

Very poor leadership skills among senior management; little or no integrity to decision-making and/or employee treatment. It's a gossip house.

    Advice to Management

Internalize what it means to respect an individual as a human being first, then concern yourself with your own behavior as would be seen by those you might lead.
