    Pay was good, quality of life was good, good location in NYC

    Cons

    when the company was sold, the culture changed overnight. A lot of senior management left and you were never sure who was running the show

    focus on your employees, encourage cross-training with other companies

    Pros

    Intelligent, compassionate and happy employees. Benefits were good for a small company. Company has a low turnover rate compared to most PR agencies.

    The hours can sometimes be long, depending on the project.
