I have been working at Cooper Industries full-time

    Pros

This has been acquired by Eaton and as Cooper continues to integrate to Eaton processes there should be additional improvements. Pays relatively competitively.

    Cons

Set in ways, flat management structure so vertical promotion is difficult

    Advice to Management

Clarify the strategic vision and timelines, management does not have a realistic understanding of the resources and skill set needed to grow the company in new areas.
