Strict standards, friendly co-workers, good location, good training for "core knowledge" of profession, aspirations to excellence, fair raises and fair bonuses, great compensation when compared to other offices.
Too many partners, too much pressure between to compete for attention from senior partners. Once you start in one studio, it is very hard to switch to a different specialty within the office. This is good and bad. Good because you maintain "core knowledge" bad if you want to make a career shift.

Mainting the standards you are well-known for, but loosen up on the pressure in the office environment.
Work is challenging and office environment gives you ability to grow
The design studios are too segregated
Work-Life Balance is very good
Promotions are hard to come by
