    Pay isn't too bad to start

    Cons

    Terrible management, a million managers for no reason at all. Very disorganized, definitely no support staff, horrible communication, horrible leadership due to lack of medical background whether it be clinical or simple med terminology

    Stop hiring friends and family members who have no clue what healthcare entails and hire people who actually have experience.

    People don’t care about others, works you too hard, the pay is terrible and you have to walk from the parking garage to the building because the shuttle is NEVER there!!!
