    Pros

    Great work culture- it is a true team
    Benefits are some of the best in Rochester, salaries also good
    Amazing Wellness program, company gym, free classes offered in Zumba, yoga, boot camp.
    Senior management treats everyone with respect and helps lead by example to live the Values
    Great place to work at each day- people enjoy coming to work

    Cons

    Communication could be better from senior management down to managers and employees

    Advice to Management

    Continue moving forward as we have been, continue to promote from within when possible consider an employee stock program not just for TCC employees.

    I have been working at CooperVision part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Amazing co-workers, managers, and executives
    - In my opinion, It's easy to be passionate and enthusiastic about the work they are doing at CooperVision
    - Everyday there is something new you learn regargless of your job title, age, or previous experience
    - The Cooper Companies takes care of their employees; there's always events, get togethers, and team building exercises

    Cons

    - Very lean company, therefore the workload can be overbearing at times
    - I personally get the feeling that it can be hard to move up
    - Different departments don't always see eye to eye on initiatives & ideas

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you've been doing! My only suggestions would be to utilize big data more and try to get all the departments closer to being on the same page

    Great Co-workers, Great Benefits, monthly gift cards, cheap contacts for employees

    Cons

    Director of Customer Service/Return Goods, Does not promote within if you work in customer service, regardless of what they say

    Advice to Management

    Do not hire your friends. Hire the people in customer service that actually do the job and DO IT RIGHT!

    great corporate culture. growing company. influencers rule!!!!!

    Cons

    too many matrix organizations and some of the systems are extremely dated, but there is a great IT strategy in place to improve

    Loved my manager, management seemed to truly care about their people, not just numbers. Good products, good pipeline

    Not enough marketing money spent to dtc...

    Pros

    It gives you health insurance,life insurance, 401k, visual plan. It gives raises annually about .20 or .25 cents. I got a 2 promotions in less than a year. Air conditioner, easy job.

    Cons

    12 hours shift that are damaging to you health and well being. Two 30 minutes break. Constantly being watch by human resources or Cell leader if you go to the bathroom. Not caring about how good of a job you do and don't take you in consideration for special projects. Lack of anti harassment implementation. There are many "friends" withing the job which would be nice if there was a barrier between team leader and associate. Not respect for the shifts exchange.

    Advice to Management

    Know your boundaries, listen to employees and acknowledge when a excellence employee does their job.

    Incease investment in internal resources vs external vendors.
