    Pros

    Lots of perks for employees
    Managers are great
    Schedule is flexible if needed
    More into employee health - have different health competition and campaigns.

    Cons

    Can't think of any now! Only been here for a few months.

    I worked at CooperVision (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Had a great senior management team, who were open to discussions all the time.
    - Even though I was an intern, they trusted me completely with my work

    - The internship program could have been structured better

    Pros

    The people are great, the culture is friendly and inviting and the project work is stimulating.

    Cons

    Occasionally initiatives are started and not followed through with leaving employees with a feeling of wasted time/work.

    The company continues to grow so a good outlook.

    Cons

    Pay is low to the market. In Rochester most employees report to leadership outside the US. Such leadership does not understand US employees, are condescending and try to throw promises to keep folks happy.

    Advice to Management

    Senior Management needs to take a good look at what is going on in Rochester.

    Pros

    Provided a clean working atmosphere, safe area locations, nice co-workers, gym available.

    Cons

    While the company offers many benefits, they are 2nd rate, economical for the company plans. Even though the company has grown it has done so by producing great products. But they don't share the earnings with employees, aka low pay, some people lucky to even get a raise let alone one that matches inflation. Biggest con of all is middle management. Most of them are just plain clueless or pure lazy.

    Advice to Management

    Wake up and smell the coffee because you can't retain top talent if you don't pay attention to them.

    Well respected company that most doctors will trust.

    Cons

    Struggles to be as professional as the competition.

    Get to know people at all levels of the organization, especially those with different views rather then the "yes" men.

    Pros

    They have taken a great number of steps to be a better environment for their CSR employees as this was not always the case: Training has goal of ensuring you have needed knowledge and tactics to serve customers, managers while I was there seemed open to and encouraging feedback. Very focused on employee wellness mentally and physically. Company was working on chances for employee advancement.

    Cons

    Sometimes supervisor emphasis on call availability got in the way of ensuring quality in other areas, could seem to micro-manage when it came to evaluation. If there were other negatives I did not have firsthand experience, not to say there aren't any

    Keep encouraging feedback and growth!
