    I worked at CooperVision

    Pros

Good colleagues, near great places to work.

    Cons

Constant turnover, leadership that throws bodies at every problem, will not invest in people or systems to improve execution. Long hours.

I have been working at CooperVision

    Pros

There are none that I can think off at present. although the company promotes itself as an investor of people, this is just a ruse. I believe that the senior management really do want people to succeed, however the middle management are only concerned about keeping their jobs secure, and unless you manage to be part of their little club, you will go nowhere, regardless of how much effort you put in.

    Cons

Long hours, no recognition, passed over for promotion due to age

    Advice to Management

Utilise the staff that you have already got, and treat them more fairly. Don't expect so much for so very little.
