I have been working at Coordinated Health full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Nurse to Patient ratio is great, much less than other places. The patients receive great care and the staff are competent and caring.

    Cons

12 hour shifts can be a long day

I have been working at Coordinated Health full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

nothing more than a job, unfortunately

    Cons

Poor pay, Horrible managers, lack proper training, Horrible managers, no one gets back to you from HR. This is worst insurance plan I have ever had in my life working in healthcare . If you are younger may be ok but if you have any medical needs including prescriptions for you and family look elsewhere! Very non inclusive environment with managers that are quite negative

    Advice to Management

Please give everyone information, don't just talk to one person in a clique and then don't let others know the information. Managers are most unprofessional than anywhere I have ever worked in my long career. They don't really see what is going on and make decisions by hearsay. Keep employees informed. Really Really NEED to have better marketing and market ALL services not just one particular doctor. People would stay...

I have been working at Coordinated Health full-time for more than a year

    Pros

None. It’s like watching 2 year olds at recess organizing a game

    Cons

Limit you if you are not in ortho. ANY suggestion you give to make things easier for you and/or the patient is met with “I’ll get back to you”. Months will go by and NO ANSWER OR FEEDBACK.

    Advice to Management

    All of you resign.

I have been working at Coordinated Health full-time for more than 20 years

    Pros

none. there really isn't anything that is positive about working here anymore. Those days are long gone.

    Cons

This place has its employees so stressed its no wonder most break down at least once a month if not every week. The promises made are broken by management - raises given then taken away. Blame and threats by management before guilt is even researched. Never an apology when management is wrongly accusing you of whatever it is that they feel was done. Crying halfway through my shift on a weekly basis and needing medication...

    Advice to Management

Lose the guilty till proven innocent technique - you are not getting anywhere by blaming your employee's for your own miscommunication. Don't give extravagant raises then take them away less than a year later - or worse lay off jobs because you decided to bite off more than you could chew - meaning opening up too many more new clinics at the expense of jobs being lost. You are ruining families and lives by doing this...

I worked at Coordinated Health full-time

      Pros

Opportunity to learn additional skills and apply for additional positions.

      Cons

Staff support is not consistent for all locations. Managers are busy tending to problems within their clinics and front desk staff are an after thought. Managers do not focus on the front desk and do not try to help if short staffed. Some upper management are spiteful and have to be careful if you get on the wrong side of them. Often need to work short staffed. All management including upper management should do...

I have been working at Coordinated Health full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

monday-friday pto medical benefits through the company

      Cons

no room for growth within company, not everyone gets a raise every year .2-.25 raise for a full year of hard work rules are always changing clerical gets blamed for everyone's mistakes new point system no appreciation doesn't look my way even if i help and cover shifts manager has FAVORITES never seen the CEO building needs remodeling

      Advice to Management

racist maybe? Don't be so rude by brushing people off, your employees will like you a lot more. Don't push employee issues or concerns to the side because you "do not have time" and don't treat those without a degree like they are less than you.

I have been working at Coordinated Health full-time for more than 20 years

        Pros

        I like the vacation time

        Cons

just started point system for non salary employees, don t dare be late or call off raises were given out some people got 2 cents -25cents as an 18 yr employee i received 5 cents, I am to old to move on. it is not based on merit,, CH has high turn over, some employees take hr lunches while the rest of us cover for them and management says nothing. stay away go to st lukes or lehigh valley or OAA,

        Advice to Management

Take a course in psychology and learn how to speak and treat people equally and know that the staff talk and compare notes your not fooling anyone. Wny does management lie ,

I worked at Coordinated Health full-time for more than 4 years

        Pros

Less than a handful of friendships and if you keep your head down and you don't cause problems for HR you won't get escorted off of the property.

        Cons

There's a standard based on appearance that will get you an interview and a job offer. The higher the RVU's that a provider gets the more they get paid. This doesn't trickle down to nursing staff or clerical staff. This company is extremely understaffed in most of the clinics/"hospitals", so much so that patient care and safety is comprimised. Staff are often asked to perform job duties not in their scope of practice....

        Advice to Management

This company is like that movie Get Out. This should be taken literally.
