    Pros

    Good pay and benefit for a call center job.

    Cons

    Change direction very often and make departments change as well.

    Please pick what you want people to do and stick with it.

    I worked at Coordinated Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Less than a handful of friendships and if you keep your head down and you don't cause problems for HR you won't get escorted off of the property.

    Cons

    There's a standard based on appearance that will get you an interview and a job offer. The higher the RVU's that a provider gets the more they get paid. This doesn't trickle down to nursing staff or clerical staff. This company is extremely understaffed in most of the clinics/"hospitals", so much so that patient care and safety is comprimised. Staff are often asked to perform job duties not in their scope of practice. When a manager speaks up about harassment in the work place they are subsequently silenced by upper management. If any person with any kind of self value sees an ad for this company, keep scrolling. It's going to take some time to get the "stink" off of my soul.

    Advice to Management

    This company is like that movie Get Out. This should be taken literally.

    I have been working at Coordinated Health full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    pay/benefits average-good but could be better
    some room for growth but minimal
    tuition reimbursement offered but amount is pretty minimal

    Cons

    not the worst employer I have had but there are other competitive opportunities out there. Most employees stay for a couple of years but eventually find better career opportunities. My advice to this employer would be to reward their loyal employees and advance their employees that demonstrate good work ethics and caring customer service, those are the ones you want to keep and will lose to competitors.

    acknowledge and advance your great potential employees
    focus on employee retention with incentives and pay increases
    offer better tuition reimbursement benefits
    reward loyal employees

    Besides some good colleagues-None at all

    Cons

    Everything, ceo, upper management, made me work like anything for nothing. They will exploit students, interns looking for experience. One advice- stay away from this company. You are better off with other 2 bigger ones

    Pros

    Management cares about their employees.
    Growth within the company.
    Great coworkers.

    Cons

    HR has no idea what they are doing. Constant turnover and they don't know one end from another as it relates to providing support to their employees. HR isn't even aware of benefit questions and good luck getting positions filled in your area. You have to do it yourself if you want it done right.

    Territorial in management - need better teamwork.

    Advice to Management

    Think "one team" and bring accountability to all staff in every department.

    Pros

    There are no pros. No one knows what they are doing.

    Cons

    This is o e of the most invasive employers I have ever had. They did credit checks and blood tests to new employees. I wish I would have declined, especially with the blood test because the bad phlebotomist did a horrible job. I can only imagine how many issues they have when they are drawing blood. They way they did the drug test was extremely embarrassing and in front of everyone. Also they force this blood test on you every year and if you don't do it you aren't eligible for raises. The flu shot is also forced on you.

    Advice to Management

    Try remember that your employees are people too.

    Pros

    They match 25% of what you put into your 401K.

    Cons

    When the census is low, they send you home. They used to offer a lot more perks to employees however have been slowly taking them away.
