I have been working at Coors Brewing Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Colleagues are great and very supportive. Tons of opportunity to learn new skills and processes. Company culture is very health oriented. Benefits are not bad and pay is at or above the national average.

    Cons

Large company means everything is designed by committee and there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency. Took 3 months between interviewing and being given a job offer. Departments are disjointed and don't trust in each other. Similar ranking jobs outside the lab make considerably more and have more opportunities for bonuses despite not requiring a degree.

    Advice to Management

Cohesion is absolutely necessary to bring this place back to its former glory. The sale of SAB to AB is a great opportunity to put meaningful policies into place and increase employee engagement, of which there is a dire need.

I have been working at Coors Brewing Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coors was a dynamic place to work. The opportunity to grow and expand responsibilities were limitless. Outstanding benfefits and employee culture.

    Cons

I cannot recall any negative situations that could not be overcome. Management encouraged feedback on all levels for direct supervisors to the C-Level.

    Advice to Management

With all of the mergers and acquisitions, I would hope that the same culture has continued to thrive and evolve since I was employed at Coors.
