Pros
Some of the people who work here are amazing. Retail store discounts
Cons
- Lack of communication from all facets of this resort - Disrespectful to those who truly care about their job - Housing is expensive with limited access to employee housing. - F&B employees miss out on "Employee Appreciation Week" - F&B are treated poorly by leadership team (CEO, CFO, etc.) - Poor pay. They will cut back hours and expect you to work with less people, while pumping out the same amount of food. - The food "discount" is 20%, but that only covers the absurd resort tax that is on everything. You would be better off working somewhere else. I have a lot of experience within the service industry and this place is not worth it. If anything, try to get a serving/bartending position, but they do not offer housing for those positions. You can get housing if you become an RA at the Edge.
