I have been working at Copper Mountain full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly coworkers, getting to work outdoors, learning how to please guests, and skiing and riding for free, and a little bonus at the end of the season.

    Cons

This is a place where your accomplishments will go unnoticed, and your mistakes are always noted. The supervisors will give two employees each week a great reward for employee of the week, but it’s always one male and one female; and given that less than 15% of the employees are female, you will definitely get a great reward for working here just for being female even if you do your job poorly. I have been here a long time and putting in extra time and effort, and my supervisors don’t even know my name. Oh, and don’t make any plans on your days off, because you will be told to come into work on your days off, and many times be asked to come in 5 hours early while it’s still dark out.

    Advice to Management

Change your reward system, and PLEASE learn to make schedules for your employees. Please learn to give gratitude for employees who have been sticking around and putting in extra effort and going the extra mile. Also, please learn how to motivate employees properly.
