    Pros

    Management is good towards employees. They are flexible when you start.

    Cons

    Not flexible hours. Data entry bonus structure doesn't make sense.

    Advice to Management

    Listen more to what employees have to say. Offer different shifts.

    Pros

    Enjoyable place to work. Fair pay, constant work that keeps you on your toes. Making steps to be a healthier organization more focused on employee happiness.

    Cons

    The benefits are not the best in the industry.

    Great supervisor. Good support. Team compliance.

    Cons

    Lack of Work/life balance. Can provide better income.

    Too much concentration on upper management and not enough credit given to employees.

    Pros

    Great team, great employees, beautiful offices with exceptional field leaders. Issues, questions, or concerns are responded to quickly by local leadership. Great pay and generous time off. Wonderful people, did I mention the beautiful offices with state of the art equipment?

    Cons

    None really, great place to work. If I had to pick something, I would agree Healthcare is a bit costly, but they have two plans available this year and offer FSA and HSA.

    Pros

    Very supportive work environment. Supervisors are encouraging of positive growth within their team members. Ideas for improvement are taken seriously by management, and all are encouraged to contribute. Excellent work opportunities within the company..

    Cons

    Health insurance is a bit too pricey, no educational benefits.

    Pros

    You work independently with minimal supervision, schedule your own appointments, schedule is flexible. Attending appointments gives you immediate access to providers and helps facilitate the claimants' care.

    Cons

    Not always able to complete work within 40 hour per week timeframe, end up working at night and some weekends. Limited interaction with fellow colleagues.

    Pros

    Good environment, They provide quantitative standards, Billing was great the set up, I trained new employees love it, New task from different states.

    Cons

    I really don't have any cons, but training should be a little longer cause everybody learn different.

    I have no advice to management, I was not in that position, I know it take a lot to be in that position done job well.

    Pros

    The opportunities to grow are there. Management sometimes listens to suggestions for improvement. Ability to work remotely. Overall, a good place to work.

    Cons

    The computer softwares are mediocre and can be sometimes frustrating to work in. Need more support from management towards improvement if ideas are presented.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees more often so they feel they are being heard, fix the software to work more efficiently.
